Family Economic Stability Program (FES)

The Family Economic Stability (FES) program is a time-limited, flat-subsidy rental assistance program designed to help families reach economic stability through intensive case-management and support.

Program Requirements

  • Monthly meetings with the housing mobility coordinator to work on ongoing goals.
  • Create and adhere to a budget that is to be submitted monthly.
  • Clients must have children under the age of 18 to qualify for this program.
  • Once on the program, clients must live within Metro Housing|Boston’s area of coverage.
