Metro Housing|Boston works with individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes navigate available services, we empower 25,000 households a year to move along the continuum from homelessness to housing stability.

Metro Housing|Boston works seamlessly with government, nonprofits, and corporations to continually increase our impact to the benefit of our participants. With more than 30 years’ experience piloting and implementing housing programs, Metro Housing|Boston has solidified its position as an industry-leading expert on navigating the affordable housing field.

Homelessness Prevention

Metro Housing administers programs to help with rent or other housing costs when facing eviction, foreclosure, loss of utilities, and other housing emergencies.

Housing Stability

Rental assistance is at the core of housing stability for many families because a rental voucher is often the only means to achieve a safe and stable home.

Economic Security

Metro Housing provides families with knowledge, skills and financial tools to help them move along the continuum toward long term economic security.

Service Providers

If you are a mental health provider, case worker, or other social service provider, Metro Housing can help find the right solutions for your clients.

Property Owners

Metro Housing partners with property owners and property management companies, to offer a variety of programs and services including leasing assistance, inspections, and the Home Modification Loan Program.
