Donald Conover is currently the founder and operator of Conover & Associates LLC, a consulting firm providing strategic advice on global real estate matters. Before launching Conover & Associates, LLC, Donald spent 14 years at State Street Corporation, where he was responsible for leading several enterprise-wide groups and initiatives that directly improved the operating performance of the company.
While at State Street, Donald was a staunch supporter of Metro Housing and its mission. He was a member of Metro Housing’s Board of Directors from 2010-2012 and was the Chair of the Building on Mission capital campaign that raised $2 million towards the construction of Metro Housing’s new office in Roxbury Crossing.
Donald received a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from University of Chicago. He is a member of the faculty of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Executive Education Division and has served on the Boards of the Boston Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA of Boston, and the Massachusetts Business Roundtable.
Lowell L. Richards III was a member of Metro Housing’s Board of Directors for nearly 30 years, and served as Co-chair for twelve years prior to his death in 2012.
