**Please note: Effective January 13, 2025, EOHLC will close its Housing Choice Voucher Program/Section 8 mobile voucher waiting list until further notice. Applications with a postmark, email, fax, or drop-off date of January 13th or later will not be accepted either by EOHLC or Metro Housing Boston.**
There are other vouchers programs you can apply for if you have not already, such as the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program, and you can apply for that program here: https://publichousingapplication.ocd.state.ma.us/
With this link above you are able to get on several state funded voucher program waiting lists at one time. The wait for those lists would be determined by the availability of vouchers of each of individual agencies. Some agencies may have shorter or longer wait times based on how many vouchers they have available.
