Leased Housing Walk-in Hours for Voucher Holders

If you are a voucher holder and would like to meet with the Leased Housing Gateway Team in person, please make an appointment, details below.

Having appointments allows us to better serve our voucher holders and property owners. Rather than walk-in and have potential waits of one, two, or more hours, you will now have a designated time to meet with a member of Leased Housing for up to 30 minutes. Please be detailed on the form when making an appointment. In many cases, your issue can be resolved by phone or email before your scheduled time to visit our office. We review the appointment log daily to prioritize any urgent concerns.

In person appointments are only one of the many ways we can serve you!

If you wish to report any changes in income or to the number of people who reside in your unit, please use the links below:

Please visit the Leased Housing Help Center for answers to many questions, contact information, and links to resources!

To connect with the appropriate staff member or to ask general questions contact the Leased Housing Gateway directly at Gateway@metrohousingboston.org. Property Owners can contact OwnerServices@metrohousingboston.org.

If you do wish to make an appointment, Leased Housing Gateway appointments for voucher holders will be available during the hours of 9AM – Noon & 1PM – 3PM. Appointments can be made no less than two days in advance. For example, if you access the form to make an appointment on a Tuesday, the earliest you can make an appointment would be on Thursday. We will do our best to resolve your issue prior to your scheduled appointment so listing the reasons for your appointment is very important.

When you submit your request for an appointment, you will receive a confirmation text and email. Twenty-four hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a numeric code that you will need to have in order to sign in for your appointment.

The new policy only affects VOUCHER HOLDERS wishing to speak to a member of our Leased Housing Gateway team. Program participants that wish to meet with a member of our Housing Supports or Financial Assistance teams will still be able to do so. See HERE for walk-in and appointment information for HCEC. Click HERE for the Spanish version.

To make an appointment with a member of the Leased Housing Gateway team, complete and submit the following form HERE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM UNLESS YOU ARE A VOUCHER HOLDER.
